"Be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God's will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in His eyes."
Romans 12:2 TPT
Our Values
Our mission is rooted in values that shape everything we do, guiding families, leaders, and professionals toward a life of purpose, connection, and faith.
-
Authenticity – We believe in real, honest, and vulnerable conversations that foster growth and transformation. Our work is built on genuine relationships and truth.
-
Community – Ministry and life are not meant to be walked alone. We cultivate spaces where people feel seen, supported, and strengthened through meaningful relationships.
-
Future Generations & Legacy – We are passionate about equipping and empowering families to raise children who carry a strong foundation of faith, ensuring a lasting impact for generations to come.
-
Family – The home is the first place of discipleship. We champion strong family foundations, recognizing that wholeness and revival begin within the walls of our homes.
-
Integrity & Wisdom – We serve with wisdom, discernment, and a deep commitment to ethical decision-making, ensuring we walk in integrity in every aspect of ministry and professional support.
-
Connection & Collaboration – We believe in working together, partnering with individuals, families, and organisations to see the Body of Christ thrive. Strength is found in unity.
-
Cultivating Health & Wholeness – True ministry flows from a place of personal wholeness. We are committed to seeing individuals, families, and leaders thrive spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.
These values drive our work as we equip, support, and champion those pursuing their God-given purpose.

I believe strong families are the foundation of both life and ministry. Raising five amazing children with my husband, Murray, shaped my conviction that family is central to God’s kingdom. This led to the birth of Raising Revivalists, a ministry dedicated to equipping families to intentionally pursue God together.
I grew up in the church and have always had a deep love for community. Through diverse professional and ministry roles, I’ve witnessed both the church’s extraordinary impact and its challenges. During ministry, I faced a sudden separation from community amid personal struggles, leading to isolation, loss, and a journey of restoration. These experiences led me to my Professional Supervision and Counselling journey, where I now support others navigating the complexities of ministry and professional life.
With a leadership background in pastoral development, youth, children, and worship ministry, teaching, training, and pastoral counselling, I’ve had the privilege of shaping leaders, developing teams, and navigating ministry dynamics. As a former pastoral director, executive leader, and board member, alongside experience as a primary teacher, tertiary supervisor, and business owner, I am passionate about supporting professionals and people in ministry to thrive in their calling and fulfill their God given purpose.

Revive Collective was established to offer a variety of services that bring health, perspective and wholeness in people's lives through Professional Supervision, Counselling, Marriage Courses, Marriage Ceremony Services and a parenting hub built to inspire the cultivation of the kingdom intentionally in families, ultimately Raising Revivalists.
Revive is about restoring, reinvigorating, refreshing & rejuvenating life, strength and energy.
Collective implies it's a collaborative process. Reviving the heart of the body of Christ begins with people, prioritising God, family and their mental, emotional and spiritual health.
There are so many facets to the Olive Tree - the root, the tree, the branch, the shoots, the oil. The biblical symbolism provides many connections to the heart and values of the Revive Collective:
-
Olive Branch symbolises peace and restoration.
-
Olive Tree symbolises covenant relationship, its a desert tree thrived in hardship of the heat.
-
Olive Oil in the Old Testament symbolises being set apart, anointing and blessing; medicine & healing balm. The process of making olive oil requires the olives to be beaten from the tree and processed through a series of extreme crushing to create a pulp and then pressing to extract the oil.
-
Olive Wood was used in the rebuilding of the temple.
Life is not easy. In fact, Jesus said it wouldn’t be. Sometimes it is just down right hard and crushing. Yet every hardship we walk through we can know that God's promise is to never leave us. What is God doing then? Refining us. Purifying us. Bringing us to completion in His identity. Philippians 1:6.
